How fast does the train go?
3mph. If we went faster, we would need seatbelts in every car.
How many riders does the train hold?

The basic train with the locomotive plus 3 passenger cars holds between 12-16 riders depending on size.

Do you need a permit to run the train?

We are authorized to run in subdivision roads in Lafayette Parish and Youngsville. Any other locations may require a permit. The buyer is responsible for obtaining any permit.

How much space do you need to turn the train around?

We only need 15’ to get the train turned around.

Is the train wheelchair accessible?

Our caboose is wheelchair accessible. Please inquire about this option.

What is the minimum purchase for cotton candy?

The minimum purchase for cotton candy is $40.

Can the train run on grass?

No, the train must run on concrete or pavement. No grass or gravel.

Do you operate on hills or slopes?

For safety reasons, we avoid hills due to braking limitations.

Is your train gas powered or electric?

Electric, which gives us the capability to run outside and indoors depending on location. It is also very quiet as compared to a gas-powered engine.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, we will assess the situation and make a decision on safety considerations. We’ll work with you to reschedule if necessary.

Do you have to rent the train to get cotton candy?

No, cotton candy can be ordered by itself without the train.

Can you accommodate large events and festivals?

Certainly. We have experience in handling events of all sizes, from small gatherings to large festivals. Our team can assist with line control and ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
